DELIVERY / SHIPPING
Your order will be normally sent out to you within 1 - 2 days. Should an item not be in stock then it could take a little longer. We will keep you informed. We cannot take responsibility for any failure of the postal services to deliver an item in the specified time.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order. If we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and store the products. If you wish us to redeliver the products to you, you will need to authorise us to charge your credit card/ debit card for such re-delivery. If we do not hear from you within 28 days, we will cancel the order and refund your payment to you less any reasonable delivery charges we have incurred.
A signature will be required to receive the order and you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered.
If you decide to have your order delivered to a different address than your own, a signature will still be required and the general conditions of delivery will remain unchanged.
When paying by credit or debit card, your first order must be delivered to the address to which the card is registered.
Please note that all overseas deliveries are despatched by International Signed ForŪ to ensure the signed for delivery- however we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates overseas. Once your order leaves Australia it cannot be cancelled.
CUSTOMS
International deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied once the products reach their destination. Any such charges must be borne by you and are beyond the control of AWSM Posters. Packages may also be subject to opening and inspection by local customs officials and therefore AWSM Posters cannot guarantee the condition in which the package may arrive. For further information please contact your local customs office.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement, but this right ends seven days after the date we deliver the products to you. If you wish to cancel an order or return the products for a full refund, please contact us explaining your reasons, amounts you have been charged will then be repaid to you by way of a credit to your account, limited to the cost of the goods. We cannot give any refund on items that have suffered normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
Any products returned must be received by us in the same condition and, as far as possible, in the same packaging as when we delivered them to you.
SECURITY
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to our site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
Once your information reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal's servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers.
It is your responsibility to ensure that there is no unauthorised access to your computer, and no unauthorised access to the Internet via your computer. If you use a shared computer, make sure you log off afterwards.
